On Monday, April 30th JDC-Tevet Program Manager Nirit Shayshon presented the I-Pro skills employment model at the 2018 Network of Jewish Human Service Agencies Conference in Chicago.
JDC-Tevet recently introduced the I-Pro skills model, an applicable model for the development of employment skills in the changing world of work. JDC-Tevet staff members developed the model with reference to research and publications from leading institutes like the World Economic Forum, OECD, and the Institute for the Future, among others, in addition to interviews with participants and employers in employment programs.
The model was designed to develop workshops and mentoring for participants, in addition to training programs for employment professionals. The model comprises six clusters of necessary skills and capabilities relevant to the changing world of work.
JDC-Tevet is excited to share this new and exciting employment model with other organizations and businesses.
